Eliza Nikolova's lecture "New Trends in Mediation: The Experience of Bulgaria" for the II International School of World Educational Practices "New Way"
Participants of the II International School of World Educational Practices "New Way" will be able to learn about the Institute of Mediation in Bulgaria on March 22.
Speaker: Eliza Nikolova - Certified Mediator, Member of Mediation Center at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Professional Association of Mediators and Executive Director of the International Law Development Organization in Bulgaria, PhD, winner of the title «Lawyer of the Year - 2015» and the Mediator of the Year Award in 2016 (Bulgaria).
The meeting will focus on:
- legislative regulation of mediation in Bulgaria;
- areas of application of mediation;
- state participation in the organization of mediation assistance;
- mediation as part of the legal system, the interaction of the institution of mediation with the courts;
- E-mediation in Bulgaria, platforms for electronic mediation;
- training system, accreditation / certification of mediators, regulation of admission to the practice of mediation in Bulgaria.
