Speaker: Bogdan Budzyk - Lawyer, mediator, member of the Council of Advocates of Ternopil region, lecture on "National features of mediation in Ukraine". Working language - English.
Students will learn аbout:
- mediation in Ukrainian law,
- the practice of peaceful settlement of disputes by out-of-court methods,
- areas of mediation,
- differences between mediation and litigation,
- mediation in certain areas of legal practice,
- mediation as a tool in relations with public authorities.
