Lecture course "Polish and European Law of Business Associations"

Within the framework of the School of Polish and European Law, a lecture course "Polish and European Law of Business Associations" was held for students and teachers of the Classical University of Ternopil.
The lecture was given by dr hab. Krzysztof Oplustil, professor of the Jagiellonian University.
Boys and girls studied:
concepts and types of business associations;
legal requirements for the constituent documents and authorized capital of companies in Poland and the EU;
the procedure for establishing business associations in Poland and the EU;
management bodies of business associations;
rights and responsibilities of founders and members of companies;
features of European society.
