Lecture course "Administrative Procedure Law of Poland"

Within the framework of the School of Polish and European Law, a lecture course "Administrative Procedure Law of Poland" was held for students and teachers of West Ukrainian National University.
Lecturer - Doctor of Jagiellonian University, lawyer Agata Ceber.
Participants studied:
variety of forms of public administration bodies operation;
legal basis for activities and powers of administrative courts;
concepts and stages of proceedings;
features of citizens' appeals and access to public information.
The acquired knowledge was consolidated using the method of case law study.
