WUNU scientists participated in an international project
The international project "Coronavirus and the Law in Europe" lasted more than a year and involved 80 scientists and practitioners from all over the world.
The Faculty of Law of West Ukrainian National University joined the effort in the context of analysing the legislation related to coronavirus and its consequences for Ukraine.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ukraine, like most other countries, has imposed strict quarantine measures and increased responsibility for violating the rules and prohibitions established to prevent epidemic and other infectious diseases.
Particular attention was paid to the study of criminal law aspects of countering the pandemic.
