Scientists from more than 40 countries gathered at the Classical University of Ternopil

The grand opening of the Third International Week took place today at West Ukrainian National University. It is a combination of education and training, personal development and broadening of worldview, implementation of key international principles and standards in the educational and scientific environment, friendly meetings, partnerships, a symbiosis of events that inspire and strengthen cooperation with foreign partners.

The university brings together partners from more than 40 countries - Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Italy, Turkey, Georgia, Austria, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, South Korea, the Czech Republic, USA, Canada… This is evidence that international communications are very important for uniting scientists and exchanging views and experiences.

Rector Andriy Krysovatyy greeted the audience: “Dear guests! Dear colleagues! Dear friends! Today, I have a good opportunity to thank all the participants in the Third International Week for the dialogue we have had for many years, for the mutual understanding that brings us closer, and for international educational, scientific and cultural activities.

The Classical University of Ternopil is ready to further actively strengthen the strategic partnership between our educational institutions and is interested in the widest use of the international potential of scientists in overcoming global and regional challenges. I wish everyone fruitful discussions, interesting meetings, fruitful agreements, and peace, harmony and prosperity to our peoples and states of peace.

Let's be open to changes in the modern world and work together to realize our aspirations!”

On the occasion of the Third International Week, our University received congratulations from the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to Ukraine, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to Ukraine, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Croatia to Ukraine, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Ukraine, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Ukraine, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Ukraine, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During these days there will be lectures, workshops, trainings, round tables, seminars and a traditional international conference dedicated to the International Week. Forty-five events with the participation of twenty-three representatives abroad offline and more than 40 participants - online. This is a great opportunity for our students to hear the best scientists abroad and gain new knowledge. On the first day of the Third International Week, the Classical University of Ternopil was visited by rectors of the world's leading higher education institutions, vice-rectors for international affairs of foreign partner universities, public figures, public figures and representatives of international organizations. The program of the Third International Week is quite rich, because it is designed so that everyone will be able to give a lecture, share experiences and find like-minded people.
