Scientific and practical round table "National Security of Ukraine: Challenges and Prospects"
Within the international project "Dilemmas of the modern security environment. Legal, technological and social communication areas", which is implemented under the auspices of NATO, a scientific-practical round table "National Security of Ukraine: Challenges and Prospects" was held.
The event was attended by teachers, students and law enforcement officers of the region:
- Main Directorate of the National Police in Ternopil region;
- Ternopil Region Patrol Police Department;
- National Guard of Ukraine;
- Ternopil Science and Research Expert Criminalistics Center;
- Ternopil Customs of National Fiscal Service;
- Department of State Migration Service in Ternopil region;
- Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ternopil region.
During the meeting, cooperation between Ukraine and NATO was discussed as an important mechanism for combating hybrid warfare. Other topics included border security and the level of potential threats, internally displaced persons crossing the line of demarcation in times of lockdown, cybercrime, protection of digital rights as a basis for state information security, reforms of the State Special Communications Service of Ukraine in the context of NATO integration.
