Simulated court hearing "Administrative expulsion of a foreign student"
Recently, Ukrainian and foreign students of the Faculty of Law of West Ukrainian National University majoring in "International Law" took part in a simulated court hearing "Administrative expulsion of a foreign student."
While studying migration legislation, 4th years reviewed and analyzed the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons", the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine.
The jury members were: Larysa Khrystiuk - Head of the Sector for Prevention of Illegal Migration, Readmission and Expulsion of the NMS Office in Ternopil Oblast, Tetiana Yankova - Head of the Preparatory Department for Foreigners and Stateless Persons of WUNU, Larysa Veretelnyk - Leading Specialist of WUNU International Students Office.
