Launch of International Relations Mentoring School
B. Havrylyshyn Education and Research Institute of International Relations of West Ukrainian National University, with the support of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Senegal in Ternopil, is launching International Relations Mentoring School (IRM School).
Mentoring School participants will receive advice from experienced professionals on choosing a career path and first steps in professional development. The mentor will pass on their skills, as well as help young people to discover their potential and to hone leadership abilities, to structure the already acquired theoretical knowledge.
The project will start on January 25, 2022. It will unite 5 states, 7 mentors who are experts in the field of international relations.
During 5 weeks of study, International Relations Mentoring School students will not only be able to systematize their theoretical knowledge, but also become part of a professional team of mentors, gain unique practical experience, examine positive examples of how to achieve goals and overcome difficulties, build confidence and understanding of how to develop a career, as well as develop professional soft skills, perform and present their individual or group project.
Eacg student will receive a certificate to signify their participation in the School programme.
