Children are the future of Ukraine!

West Ukrainian National University welcomed families in need of shelter with open doors. Parents and children left their homes and came to our city to escape the bombing and occupation. Taking care of the youngest is our main task.
The rector of the classical university of Ternopil met with the kids to make sure that they are provided with everything they need and feel safe. One boy spoke about his friends, favorite toys and the city he came from. Mother and son attend master classes organized by the Department of Humanities and Education of West Ukrainian National University. The boy loves drawing and talking with peers.
We believe that Ukrainian children will grow up under the peaceful sky of a free, independent, powerful state - Ukraine.
