The School of Polish and European Law invites students and teachers to participate in the lecture "Polish and European Law of Business Associations". Date: June 3 at 11:00
Lecturer: Krzysztof Oplustil, professor, habilitated doctor of the Jagiellonian University.
We will talk аbout:
- concepts and types of companies;
- legal requirements for the constituent documents and authorized capital of companies in Poland and the EU;
- the procedure for establishing companies in Poland and the EU;
- management bodies of business associations;
- rights and responsibilities of founders and participants of business associations;
- features of European society.
