The European Commission launched a programme to support Ukrainian scientists
The European Commission has announced the start of the competition for participation in the MSCA4Ukraine (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions for Ukraine) programme - a scholarship programme for Ukrainian scientists who were forced to leave their homes due to the war.
The budget of the initiative is 25 million euros.
The programme will allow academic and non-academic organizations in EU member states and countries associated with the Horizon Europe framework programme to host researchers for a period of 6 months to 2 years.
The project aims to help outstanding researchers to continue their work in all fields of research and innovation with the best access to training and career development opportunities. The programme is also aimed at promoting the reintegration of scientists in Ukraine in order to restore the country's research and innovation potential.
More detailed information about the programme, selection criteria, recommendations for applicants, as well as conditions of participation, can be found on the MSCA4Ukraine website.
