Monograph "The role of a business plan in the creation of modern innovative management (practical solutions)"
In the difficult period of challenges caused by military aggression, a characteristic feature of the activities of West Ukrainian National University is the internationalization of the education and science.
The monograph "The role of a business plan in the creation of modern innovative management (practical solutions)" was published. It is authored by Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Mykhailo Luchko (Head of the Department of Financial Control and Audit of WUNU), and Polish scientists: Doctor of Science Stanislaw Szmitka (Head of the Department of Economics and Management of the Olsztyn School of Higher Education) and Dr. Robert Dmuchowski (Department of Economics and Management of the Olsztyn School of Higher Education).
The monograph examines the role of a business plan in the creation of innovative management, changes in the meaning of a manager in a modern enterprise, concepts and methods of modern enterprise management, managerial innovations in the functioning of modern management, the creation of a business plan as an important element of innovative planning and control, and practical examples of drafting business plans.
