Eco-School of Public Management for Sustainable Development
West Ukrainian National University implements the "Green University" concept. Within this, the Department of Management, Public Administration and Personnel (Faculty of Economics and Management) operates the Eco-School of Public Management for Sustainable Development. This year, the "Karpaty-2022" training took place from September 30 to October 2, 2022 for undergraduate students of the "Public Management and Administration" educational programme.
Within the framework of the school, young people, together with the guarantor of the educational programme, Professor Hryhorii Monastyrskyi, conducted an environmental quest "UN Global Sustainable Development Goals", an interactive planner "Inclusiveness in the eco-friendly organization: barriers to implementation", a foresight laboratory "Using the ecological potential of the community".
The locations are nature conservation and cultural-historical objects of the Khust and Mukachevo districts of Zakarpattia Oblast and the Kalush and Ivano-Frankivsk districts of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.
The participants note that after the victory, the Eco-School of Public Management for Sustainable Development "Chereshneva Ukraina" will be held in the city of Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region, together with the Dmytro Motorny Tavria State Agro-Technological University.
