WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 With the facilitation of the head of the National Center for Urban Operations, US Army Major General John Wharton, a series of meetings were held between Oksana Koval (Director of the Education and Research Institute of Communications of West Ukrainian National University) and Dr. Mary JC Hendricks (the president of Shepherd University) and her deputy Dr. Kelly Hart.

The results of the agreements make it possible to lay the foundation for future cooperation between the universities and good friendly relations. The parties are preparing documents for the signing of the cooperation agreement and designing joint programs of student exchange and scientific internship of teachers.
