WUNU students practiced practical negotiation skills with a British expert
The practical module for students of the Education and Research Institute of Communications of West Ukrainian National University from The Negotiation Club (TNC) was extremely rich and interesting. Students have already received theoretical knowledge of the basics of negotiation from the program's professors, teachers and practitioners who support them with great ideas about the art of negotiation, but this is the first time they got into the practice of negotiation.
During December 1-4, 2022, future negotiators and mediators practiced with the help of Mr. Brown's innovative original toolkit "Negotiation Cards", which serves to simulate business negotiation situations and develop skills in this area.
Therefore, students of the master's educational programme "Psychology of negotiations and mediation" received valuable practical experience from a British expert in the format of four sessions of workshops dedicated to expanding knowledge about business negotiations and developing practical negotiation skills. In an interesting, easy and accessible game form, the participants mastered the practice and tactics of conducting negotiations, developed observation skills in negotiations, and understood the art of multivariate negotiations.
