WUNU athletes won 5 medals at the European Sambo Championships
On December 1-2, the European Sambo Championships were held in Romania. Students of West Ukrainian National University took part in the competition.
The athletes successfully won 5 medals: Snizhana Plish won gold, Mykhailo Svidrak and Alla Beheba won silver, Maria Kunevych and Anastasia Sykish won bronze.
A graduate of our university, Halyna Kovalska, also won gold.
