International relations students are participants of the virtual project "Working Across Borders"
For the second year in a row, students of the Department of International Economic Relations of B. Havrylyshyn Educationa and Research Institute of International Economic Relations are participating in the international virtual project "Working Across Borders", which is implemented as an educational platform of UC LeuvenLimburg University (Belgium).
This year, higher education institutions from 15 countries joined the project: Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland, Ghana, Italy, Guatemala, Ecuador, Indonesia, Slovenia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, South Africa, the USA and Canada. WUNU is the only Ukrainian participant. Coordinator - Department of International Economic Relations.
More than 600 students from different parts of the world took part in the project. This is an interdisciplinary virtual consulting project that focuses on the implementation of the goals of sustainable development, sustainable business and intercultural communication. Students worked in groups of 5 and fulfilled the order of a real client.
This is a great opportunity to test knowledge in practice, learn how to analyze the market and create a valuable proposition. It is important that interaction in an international team contributes to the development of communication skills, helps to understand how to work effectively in an intercultural environment and, of course, to find new friends outside the country.
