WUNU student won the first gold for the Ukrainian national team at the 2023 EYOF

The Women's Sprint Biathlon at the European Youth Olympic Festival took place on Tuesday, January 24 in Forne-Avoltra, Italy.
Ukrainian biathlete, Oleksandra Merkushyna, who is a student of WUNU Professional College of Economics, Law and Information Technologies won the first gold medal for the Ukrainian national team at the EYOF-2023.
Tetiana Tarasiuk, another student of West Ukrainian National University, also took part in this competition. The athlete finished 18th.
