Seminar "The Latest Technologies for the Development of Higher Education: Slovakia's Experience"
The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of West Ukrainian National University hosted a seminar "The Latest Technologies for the Development of Higher Education: Slovakia's Experience".
Martin Taraj, Vice-Rector for Education at the Catholic University in Ružomberok (Slovakia), gave a talk to the staff of the Department of Information and Socio-Cultural Activities of the FSSH. He spoke about the experience of introducing innovations in higher education in Slovakia, digital technologies based on the use of virtual reality, gamification, artificial intelligence, modeling of various phenomena and objects, and the creation of modern digital educational environments.
Participants also shared their views on the current issues of digitalization of higher education, digital security, and online communication.
