Best Practices of the Netherlands for Ukraine" for students of the Education and Research Institute of Innovation, Nature Management and Infrastructure. The speaker is Jan van Zwieten, Professor of the Department of Agribiotechnology, Director of the School of Negotiation and Mediation, Honorary Doctor of West Ukrainian National University, Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy.
The Netherlands is one of the most developed agricultural countries in the world with a strong processing industry. For years, the Dutch have been building successful agricultural business strategies using a minimum of resources and maximizing profits. Today, the country, which ranks 131st in the world in terms of land area, has become a real agricultural hub.
There will be an interesting discussion about the experience of agricultural management in one of the most successful countries in the world, the skillful involvement of the Dutch personal leadership potential in the processes of forming appropriate management structures, and the borrowing of the unique experience of the Netherlands in creating successful implementation of agrarian reforms in Ukraine.
