Internship and volunteering at the University of Gdańsk
Halyna Vasylevska, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the S.I. Yuriy Department of Finance, is undertaking an internship at the University of Gdańsk with her daughter, a student of the Law Faculty of West Ukrainian National University and the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk.
Halyna notes: "Together with the student community of the University of Gdańsk, we volunteer every day: we raise funds and deliver humanitarian aid to Ukrainians. Recently, at the initiative of the Students for Ukraine Foundation, the Center for Student and Doctoral Student Activities at the University of Gdańsk, and the Regional Center for International Debate in Gdańsk, a workshop on making trench candles for the military was organized, and we took part in it. I am pleased that not only students from Poland and Ukraine, but also from other countries studying at the Polish university under the Erasmus+ programme joined the good cause."
