Lecture by Professor Jan van Zwieten "Mediation in labor disputes"
Cooperation of the Education and Research Institute of Communications of WUNU and the Netherlands Business Academy with the National Mediation and Reconciliation Service in action!
On May 6, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., a lecture "Mediation in Labor Disputes" will be held as part of the academic course "Sectoral Areas of Mediation: Family, Work, Business, Management" for students of the Negotiation and Mediation Psychology educational program, as well as for heads of departments and employees of the National Mediation and Conciliation Service. The speaker will be Jan van Zwieten, Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy, President of the International Mediation Association (Netherlands), Director of the School of Negotiation and Mediation of the NIC, Honorary Professor of West Ukrainian National University.
During the class, participants will learn about the peculiarities of labor dispute resolution through mediation in the Netherlands and the European Union. Real cases from the lecturer's professional practice will be used.
