Students of the Institute of Communication passed the second qualifying round for participation in the School of Young Diplomats in The Hague
Yevheniia Kapalkina and Yevhen Ismail, students of the Negotiation Psychology and Mediation program at WUNU Education and Research Institute of Communications, passed the second qualifying round for participation in the Young Diplomat School 2023 in The Hague (Netherlands).
In the main qualifying round, which took place in early May, Iryna Kapalkina, a student of PSPm-11, won from Ukraine.
In August, for ten days, the school participants will have the opportunity to try their hand at international negotiation competitions, conferences, workshops, visit the International Court of Justice at the Peace Palace, the International Criminal Court and embassies in The Hague, expand their international network through the Young Diplomat community during networking sessions, and practice their skills in diplomatic simulations and other practical tasks.
Hans van den Berg, President of The Young Diplomat School - 2023, speaking to Oksana Koval, Director of the Education and Research Institute of Communications, emphasized the importance of competent and flexible diplomatic negotiations and encouraged further applications for this competition.
