Lecture "Effective implementation of labor mediation: examples of successful EU practices and results"
On June 15, 2023, at 16:00, a lecture "Effective Implementation of Labor Mediation: Examples of Successful EU Practices and Results" will be held as part of the academic course "Sectoral Areas of Mediation: Family, Work, Business, Management" for students of the educational program "Negotiation Psychology and Mediation" of WUNU, as well as for heads of departments and employees of the National Mediation and Reconciliation Service.
The speaker will be Jan van Zwieten, Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy, President of the International Mediation Association, Court Mediator of the Court of Breda (Netherlands), Director of the School of Negotiation and Mediation of WUNU Education and Research Institute of Communications, mediator, coach, trainer.
During the class, participants will learn about the role of labor mediation in resolving conflicts in the workplace and its importance for creating a harmonious and productive work environment. Based on examples of successful practices from the European Union, participants will work with specific cases and results of labor mediation implementation, and learn how this method helps to reduce conflicts, improve communication and increase employee satisfaction.
The lecturer will use real cases from his professional practice.
