The University of Western Macedonia is a reliable partner of WUNU
An official meeting was held between the Rector of West Ukrainian National University, Professor Oksana Desyatnyuk and the Rector of the University of Western Macedonia, Professor Teodoros Teodoulidis. The Chairman of the Academic Council of WUNU, Professor Andriy Krysovatyy, Director of the International Centre for Culture and Development of WUNU, Professor Olga Tsaryk and Professor Evangelos Siskos of the University of Western Macedonia took part in the discussion of important issues of cooperation between higher education institutions.
The researchers outlined new vectors of cooperation between universities, including Erasmus academic mobility projects, double degree programmes, and joint educational and research projects.
Rector Oksana Desyatnyuk emphasised: "It is very important to develop cooperation with such prominent educational institutions as the University of Western Macedonia. We are interested in intercultural exchange and are grateful to our Greek colleagues for their significant support of Ukraine!"
Educators visited the scientific library of the University of Western Macedonia, where students of the Ukrainian-Greek Master of Business Administration programme work.
The delegation of WUNU also met with the Vice-Rector for International Affairs of the University of Western Macedonia, Dr Jelena Griwa. They discussed the possibility of holding joint summer schools for students of pedagogical, technical and philological fields, as well as those studying business administration.
