WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 Helping others is a noble yet difficult pursuit, as it requires considerable psychological resources.

Training for a group of volunteers is underway at West Ukrainian National University, where participants are discussing various topics: how not to lose yourself while helping others, how to effectively cope with acute crisis, stress, and anxiety according to the protocols of the Israel Trauma Coalition.

The sessions are led by a trainer from the Israel Trauma Coalition, a practical psychologist at the Education and Research Centre for Social and Psychological Support and Resilience, Tetiana Nadvynychna.
