Happy Unity Day of Ukraine!
Every year, on 22 January, Ukrainians celebrate a national holiday - the proclamation of the Act of Unification of the Ukrainian People's Republic and the Western Ukrainian People's Republic. This date reminds each of us that our country and people are united, that we are free citizens, building a European country and defending unconquered Ukraine.
Russia is once again attempting to undermine Ukrainian statehood and occupy our land. However, the concept of unity serves as a resistance against this aggression. We are fighting with dedication, perseverance, and courage both on the front lines and in support roles, consolidating our efforts, acting decisively, and fighting for independence even at the cost of our own lives. A nation that lives for freedom and peace cannot be broken. Today, we pay tribute to the military who are working tirelessly to defend Ukraine.
We, Ukrainians, hold patriotism, dignity, justice, indivisibility and unity as our basic principles, values and aspirations. Let us trust in the future, love and protect the land, preserve history and strive to win.
Glory to Ukraine!
