WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 We invite the academic staff of West Ukrainian National University to take part in the competitive selection of participants for the TURBO project, who will be involved in training in 2024.

The trainings aim to improve and build capacities of Ukrainian HEIs in providing more flexible, relevant to labour market and practice-oriented educational offers. More specifically, the main objectives of these trainings are:
1) to improve competences of Ukrainian HEIs staff in strategic and crisis management, human recourse management, development and delivery of innovative educational programmes (accreditation, design of micro-credential programmes, use of digital teaching methods, quality assurance of educational programmes) and cooperation with local and international non-academic stakeholders.

2) to gain and share new experience among all project partners after Ukrainian HEIs developed and performed the educational programmes.

Duration of trainings: 23.04.2024-21.06.2024 (in-person participation in Warsaw 13.05.2024-17.05.2024)

Training package “Basic”
  - Online training component
  - Condensed course (115 hours)

Training package “Pro+”
  - Online and in-class training component
  - Extensive course (145 hours)
  - Consists of 3 training sessions:
o Strategic and crisis management for
university leaders
o Managing innovative educational
programmes
o Building an interactive university

To be enrolled for trainings, the candidates must submit the following documentation:
• CV
• a motivation letter (max 1-page A4)
• proof of English (either a certificate or confirmation from the home institution on the level of English)
