WUNU raised 208K for the purchase of FPV drones
West Ukrainian National University hosted an event to support the brave Ukrainian soldiers, which included a charity auction and fair, a podcast with Anatolii Leonenko, a soldier of the Azov regiment with the call sign 'Buffalo', and a performance by Ukrainian singer-songwriter Roman Scorpion.
Under the initiative, students and teachers of faculties, institutes, colleges, and the administration of West Unkrainian National University raised UAH 208,029 for the needs of the 3rd separate assault brigade and the 105th separate territorial defence brigade.
All funds will be allocated for the purchase of FPV drones that will help the military to perform combat missions effectively.
We would like to thank VEST company, VITREBENKI V KUMY bakery, friendly Mamont restaurant, Vandal VapeShop, Natalia Pankiv, a deputy of the Ternopil City Council, Mark Jones, a representative of Hospital safety and the humanitarian organisation MEDGlobal, the Digital Transformation Office of WUNU, Ternopil artists Rustam Davletov and Viktoria Sharak, who supported the good cause and joined the charity event.
The concern and support of Ukrainian defenders is an invaluable contribution to our long-awaited Victory.
