Pilot training within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "WORK4CE"
Twenty-five students of the Master's degree programme in Project Management took part in the pilot training in the disciplines Organisation and Multi-Project Management and Work 4.0 in the Context of Digital Transformation during the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024.
The training, which was part of the international project "Cross-domain competences for healthy and safe work in the 21st century" 619034-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP [WORK4CE], was conducted by Mykhailo Dombrovskyi, PhD, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Information and Computer Systems and Management of the Faculty of Computer Information Technologies of WUNU.
The course ended on 12 June 2024 with an exam and a test seminar.
Future masters developed the competencies necessary to integrate digital systems into all areas of life: from human interaction to industrial production, using multi-project management methods to digitalise work.
The final assessment was designed to determine the degree of mastery of the skills and abilities of technological trends of the fourth industrial revolution, component selection, prioritisation, risk assessment, planning, balancing and control of a portfolio of innovative projects.
The results of the pilot training will help to improve the development of models for organising programmes and project portfolios, and their implementation in a multi-project work management environment with varying degrees of uncertainty. For the project as a whole, this will improve understanding of the quality of module content development, the compliance of open educational resources development with the objectives of the Erasmus WORK4CE project.
