WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 The European Sambo Championships took place in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Students of West Ukrainian National University took part in the competition and performed well: Snizhana Plish won a silver medal in the 54 kg weight category among adult athletes, Anastasia Sykish won a bronze medal in the 50 kg weight category, and Anhelina Velychko became the champion of the championship among athletes under 20 years old.

The students of the Professional College of WUNU competed among the under-18s: Volodymyr Svidrak won silver and Diana Lutsiak won bronze.
