Models of conducting negotiations. Features of crisis negotiations

 Within the framework of the Sixth International Week at West Ukrainian National University, we invite you to a unique practice-oriented training ‘’Models of Negotiation. Features of Crisis Negotiations' by Swiss experts.


The event will take place on 13 September at 11:00 a.m. in the WUNU Electronic Resources Hall.


This event will allow participants to deepen their knowledge of effective negotiation models and gain valuable experience from leading international experts in the field.


The speakers of the event will be:

Steve Alban Tineo is the CEO of Assertive Group, a Swiss-based company specialising in research and practice in the areas of negotiation, facilitation, leadership and influence. Steve has many years of experience in leading complex negotiations at the international level, as well as advising leaders from various industries on strategic communication and engagement. His expertise covers negotiations in both business and crisis situations, making him one of the most respected experts in the field.


Cédric Schweizer is the CEO of Chrabieh & Schweizer Consultancy (Switzerland), former Head of Human Resources Operations at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and former Head of the ICRC Field Office in Yemen. Cédric has extensive experience in crisis negotiation and conflict management, particularly in humanitarian crises and armed conflicts. As co-founder and president of the HUDNA Foundation, he is actively working to develop tools for peaceful conflict resolution and long-term stability.


This training is a great opportunity to gain valuable insights from people who have many years of experience in international organisations and are recognised experts in negotiation and crisis management.
