WUNU staff completed an internship at the University of Lodz
Academics of West Ukrainian National University: Doctor of Economics, Professor Olena Sydorovych, PhD in Philosophy, Associate Professor Iryna Humovska, PhD in Law, Associate Professor Oksana Shevchuk and PhD candidate Liudmyla Herun completed an international internship at the University of Lodz, Poland, from 18 November to 22 November 2024.
The internship was carried out as part of one of the projects of the Polish National Agency for Academic Mobility within the framework of the UNIC European University Alliance with the involvement of Ukrainian partners, one of which is West Ukrainian National University.
The event programme was focused on strengthening strategic partnerships, developing innovative approaches to addressing fundamental issues and strengthening intercultural communication.
Throughout the week, WUNU scientists had the opportunity to get acquainted with international cooperation programmes and grant funding in the context of funding basic research and intercultural communications; modern approaches to the use of tools and technologies of creative thinking in the learning and educational environment; practical experience in organising strategic partnerships at the University of Lodz, the practice of cooperation and collaboration at the level of the student community, scientists, representatives of civil society, business.
