Graduation ceremony for masters of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting!
On 25 January, West Ukrainian National University hosted a graduation ceremony for the new graduates of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting who majored in Accounting and Taxation, Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market, and Social Security.
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Research Viktor Ostroverkhov extended warm congratulations to the graduates, emphasising the importance of the knowledge and skills acquired for their professional growth, noting their perseverance in their studies and wishing them a successful career.
The Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Andrii Kizyma, also congratulated the alumni, emphasising that this day is special for everyone, as it is not only an important milestone, but also a new beginning. During the event, the Dean thanked the students for their thirst for knowledge and excellent academic performance, and also recognised the young men and women who made a significant contribution to the development of the Faculty, presenting letters of appreciation to the most active graduates who distinguished themselves not only in their studies but also in the social life of the University.
The guests included the heads and faculty of the departments, who expressed their gratitude to the students and wished them success in their professional careers.
Solomiia Khrustavka, a graduate of the speciality 072 ‘Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market’, expressed her gratitude in a touching speech, expressing deep respect for the teachers for their invaluable knowledge and support, for her parents for their faith and love, and for her friends for the unforgettable moments of student life that will always remain in her heart.
The festive mood was complemented by musical performances by Volodymyr Diachuk, a fellow graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, and Iryna Sheheda, a 2nd year student and winner of national and international competitions.
