Entrepreneurship training course for internally displaced persons
The Entrepreneurship course for internally displaced persons has started at West Ukrainian National University as part of the project "The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building resilient higher education to respond and manage societal crises" (TURBO-ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE).
The course began with the study of the discipline ‘Psychology of Business and Management’, because psychological knowledge, skills and abilities are essential for everyone in their personal and professional lives, and they are important tools in the business sector.
For two weeks, the participants, together with their teacher Eleonora Yashchenko, learned the secrets of psychology, studied the psychological patterns of managerial activity, and mastered the skills of business negotiations, decision-making, and change management.
