Master class from the President of the U.C.M. Association, Italy - Paolo Brescia
On 14 February 2025, a masterclass was held by the guests of the Department of International Tourism and Hospitality Business of the Bohdan Havrylyshyn Institute of International Relations of WUNU as part of the EuroEst project.
Among the guests of the event: Paolo Brescia - President of the U.C.M. Association, Italy; Sofia Mishchenko - tutor and teacher of the master class for waiters; Vitalii Kasiuk - tutor and teacher of the master class for chefs Brescia from the Mediterranean Chefs Union Association (Italy), who shared their invaluable experience, insights and secrets of haute cuisine.
This event has created a real bridge between cultures, experience and innovation. We are convinced that the knowledge gained during the event will be a powerful impetus for the development of skills in the field of culinary arts and hospitality.
