STEM Kick-Off: Let's start the era of discovery!
WUNU's STEM laboratory opens its doors to everyone who wants to explore, invent and change the world with the help of science and technology.
On February 21 at 11:10 a.m. in room 1203, the first session “STEM Kick-Off: Starting the Era of Discovery!” will be held. It will launch an exciting adventure into the world of science, technology, engineering, mathematics, programming, robotics, and experiments.
STEM is not just about learning, but about applying knowledge in practice by creating your own projects, conducting research, and developing creative thinking. It is a space for innovation, experimentation, and hands-on learning. Here, students and schoolchildren can explore the latest technologies, develop their own projects, and work with modern equipment.
At the first session, participants will get acquainted with the main areas of the laboratory's work, complete interactive tasks, and learn what opportunities modern technologies open up for them.
Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can find their place in the world of science and innovation, try their hand at various STEM fields, and contribute to the future.
The project is run by the Education and Research Center for Communications of West Ukrainian National University. This STEM lab was made possible thanks to funding from the Vovk Foundation (an American non-governmental organization that supports educational initiatives in Ukraine), the BlueCheck Ukraine Charitable Foundation (an international foundation that promotes educational and social projects), and the joint efforts of the International Institute of Communications (an NGO that promotes education, communication, leadership, and influence, and Ukraine's integration into the international educational space).
There are many interesting challenges, group activities and inspiring discoveries ahead!
The future is closer than it seems!
