Recently, Natalia Batryn, Tetiana Buchynska and Larysa Verhun, Associate Professors of the Department of International Economic Relations of the West Ukrainian National University, who work with students of the International Management and International Business programmes, took part in the Erasmus+ academic mobility programme at the Inholland University of Applied Sciences (the Netherlands).

The lecturers held classes with Inholland's second-year students in accordance with the topics of the programme modules. Such integration into the educational process is a great opportunity to share the experience of teaching at WUNU and to adopt teaching practices from Dutch colleagues. In this context, learning through dialogue and exchange of experience is important.

WUNU lecturers also had the opportunity to join the introductory class on Sustainable Fashion, which took place on the territory of the enterprises where students are to carry out their educational projects. Dutch lecturers shared their experience of implementing sustainable development ideas in the course programmes of the Inholland University of Applied Sciences. This practice allows students to develop innovations that can be used by companies.

Despite the geographical distance and cultural differences between Ukraine and the Netherlands, we find a lot in common in the approach to training students at WUNU and Inholland: encouraging students to think critically and innovatively, developing teamwork skills, promoting adaptability and intercultural communication.

The internship of the Associate Professors of the Department of International Economic Relations was very informative both in terms of scientific and educational activities. Communication with Dutch students and teachers gave them the opportunity to gain new experience, exchange interesting ideas and discuss new prospects for further cooperation.
