A scientific and analytical lecture by Professor Krzysztof J. Filipiak
On 5 March 2025, Professor Krzysztof J. Filipiak gave a scientific and analytical lecture on ‘Palenie? Wapowanie? Podgrzewanie? Żucie? Jakie twarze ma dzisiaj ‘palenie papierosów’?’
The event was organised by the Department of International Tourism and Hotel Business of the B.D. Havrylyshyn Institute of International Relations of the West Ukrainian National University.
Professor Krzysztof J. Filipiak is a renowned specialist in cardiology, hypertension and cardiovascular pharmacotherapy, and author of numerous scientific papers.
The lecture was held in the format of an online video chat, which allowed the audience to engage with a wide range of participants from different regions and industries.
The professor's presentation was followed by a discussion, during which the participants had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss current issues.
The meeting was attended by more than 50 participants, including students, teachers, researchers and others interested in the topic.
The participants received up-to-date information on the effects of nicotine on the human body, which will help them to develop an informed attitude towards their own health.
