STEM-WEEK: a week of innovation and discovery!
Ready for a scientific breakthrough? Then join our team at STEM-lab! Interactive lectures, experiments, and discussions on the intersection of science, technology, and the future await you.
The world is changing rapidly. What seemed like a fantasy yesterday is already becoming part of reality today. It is in these conditions that new education is emerging - open to challenges, immersed in science, filled with technology and inspired by the search for answers. A week dedicated to four key areas: science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, will start at the Education and Research Centre for Communications, hosted by the modern STEM laboratory, from 14 to 18 April 2025.
You will have the opportunity to dive into VR psychology, discuss the role of artificial intelligence, explore global international economic processes, discover the power of mathematical models, and improve your English through interactive learning.
S - SCIENCE.
Global migration: who and where?
What factors make people change their countries of residence? We explore the impact of the economy, war, and climate change.
VR and psychology: integration of innovative technologies into education.
- Psychology in VR research.
What happens to our perception in the VR environment? Let's explore together!
- Consciousness and the unconscious: a new look through VR.
Is it possible to look into the unconscious with the help of virtual technologies?
- Ethical aspects of VR psychotherapy.
Where is the line between the benefits and risks of virtual treatment?
- VR psychotherapy: the future of psychology.
Exploring real cases of VR use in psychological care.
T - TECHNOLOGY.
The world of technology is no longer just inspiring - it requires action. We will explore how VR is transforming the educational process, which technological solutions are becoming breakthroughs, and what awaits us around the next corner. This is a chance to see, touch, and sometimes even try out the latest developments.
VR in the world of education:
VR in education: international experience.
How do VR courses change the approach to education? We explore global practices.
Technologies that change the future We discuss the latest developments in the field of neural interfaces and augmented reality.
E-ENGINEERING.
What is modern robotics and why is artificial intelligence no longer just a tool but a partner in creating a new reality? Is the future of autonomous systems possible without humans? This block will be a real challenge for everyone who dreams of designing the future, not just watching it.
Robotics and artificial intelligence.
AI and robots: friends or competitors? How do modern robots ‘think’ and why is it important for the future of professions?
Robotics in applied sciences. How are robots changing medicine, production, and research?
Autonomous systems: a future without humans? What are the risks and opportunities facing autonomous technology?
M - MATH.
Mathematics is not about numbers, it's about thinking. It's about the ability to see patterns where others see chaos. You will learn topics that will improve your logic, analytics, and ability to make decisions in an uncertain environment.
Combinatorics and probability: push your brain to the limit!
How do mathematical calculations help to predict events and make optimal decisions?
STEM-WEEK is not just an event, it is a portal to the future!
