"Social modernization of the region: the latest approaches to management and training of management personnel"
August 27, 2018 Ternopil National Economic University held a seminar on "Social modernization of the region: the latest approaches to management and training of management personnel".
Scientists and practitioners gathered in the Academic Board conference room of TNEU to discuss the issues and proposals related to the need for implementation of the Government's reform program on decentralization and social modernization of the regions in the context of developing new approaches to the formation of human resources of the social sector in order to ensure the effective development of the territorial communities.
The guests were greeted by the first vice-rector of TNEU Mykola Shynkaryk, the head of the Ternopil Regional Council Viktor Ovcharuk, and the chairman of the Association of Psychiatrists of Ukraine Semen Gluzman.
Speakers' speeches were interesting and useful for the participants of the seminar, among them were: Deputy Minister of Health 2014-2015, international expert Nataliia Lisnevska; Head of "Public Initiative for the Right to Health" NGO, Head of the Secretariat of the Public Council under the National Agency of Civil Service of Ukraine Sofiia Bohatova; Deputy Minister of Energy in 2014, President of the State Enterprise "High Council of Energy Auditors and Energy Managers of Ukraine" Vadym Ulyda; Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Management and Public Administration of TNEU Mykhailo Shkilniak; Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Finance of Business and Insurance Entities of TNEU Olha Kneisler; Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Interim Head of the Department of Ecology and Agronomics of TNEU Vasylii Faifura.
