Department of Ecology and Healthcare
The staff of the Department of Ecology and Health Care of WUNU trains specialists in the following educational program
- Ecological safety and environmental protection (bachelor's degree).
- Ecology and bioeconomics (Master's degree).

During their studies, in addition to general disciplines, students study the following professional disciplines:
EP Environmental Safety and Environmental Protection: Methods and tools for environmental diagnostics, Geoecology, Urban Ecology, Environmental Safety, Environmental Economics, Geographic Information Systems and Technologies, Environmental Regulation and Standardization, Environmental Management, Environmental Law, Modeling and Forecasting of Environmental Situations, Design of Environmental Facilities and Measures, etc.
EP Ecology and bioeconomics: Environmental quality assessment, Environmental innovations, Technoecology and environmental engineering, Environmental management, Bioeconomics
After completing their studies at the department, graduates can hold the following positions: Environmental Manager at an enterprise, Technological and Environmental Safety Engineer, Industrial and Environmental Safety Specialist, Environmental Auditor, Environmental Inspector, Environmental Control Officer, Environmental Protection Technologist, Environmental Protection Technologist, Environmental Systems Modeling Specialist, Environmental Management Specialist, Eco-Marketer, Environmental Logistician, Eco-Analyst, Eco-Producer, Environmental Systems Modeling Specialist, Environmental Management Specialist, etc.
The department actively cooperates with the State Environmental Inspectorate, the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources, research institutions, local communities, and farms, where students have the opportunity to gain practical experience, participate in internships, training practices, and find employment.
The department implements international cooperation with the Netherlands Business Academy, the University of Warmia and Mazury, Shota Rustaveli Batumi State University, Shimon Shimonovich State University in Zamość, and Wroclaw University of Economics (Poland).
