Education and Research Institute of Communications
The staff of the Education and Research Institute of Communications of WUNU trains specialists in the following educational programs:
Educational degree "Magister":

Interdisciplinary education and research program "Negotiations and conflict resolution"
The program is coordinated by the School of Negotiations and is implemented on the basis of the Department of Psychology and Social Work of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of WUNU.
For organizational and methodological support of the educational process and scientific activity in the structure of the institute there are:

- Psychological service of WUNU
Education and Research Institute of Communications is an open, mobile, creative educational space for working with students, graduate students, teachers, as well as external consumers of educational services.
The main functions of the Education and Research Institute of Communications:
- introduction of innovative educational programs in the field of communications;
- conducting short-term courses, trainings, webinars, counseling on negotiations for law enforcement officers (SSU, MIA, penitentiary service), psychological services, business, etc., aimed at developing resilience, emotional intelligence and the formation of key competencies in the use of interactive tools and new approaches to successful political (diplomatic), military, trade, humanitarian negotiations in extreme conditions;
- trainings for improving the psychological and pedagogical qualifications of secondary school teachers and freelance teachers;
- organization of discussion platforms with the involvement of well-known world leaders in the political, military, humanitarian and business spheres;
- conducting educational tournaments, congresses, conferences, summer schools, etc .;
- education and scientific exchanges, internships and semester studies abroad for students, research and teaching staff and student internships;
- organization of internships for students, teachers of WUNU abroad and promotion of their participation in international scientific and educational events;
- psychological counseling and provision of psychological and social services;
- attraction of state and international grants.
The Institute actively cooperates with the following institutions and organizations: Department of Education and Science of Ternopil Regional State Administration, Department of Family, Youth Policy and Child Protection of Ternopil Regional State Administration, Ukrainian Catholic University, University of Customs and Finance, Ternopil Regional Clinical Psychoneurological Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise Association of Psychologists of Ukraine "Together for the Future", the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv, the Main Directorate of the National Police in Ternopil region, the Territorial Department of Judicial Protection in Ternopil region, the Regional Center for Free Secondary Legal Aid in Ternopil region, Ukrainian Research consortium, the Ukrainian-Israeli Alliance of Bodyguards, the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange, the Association of Corporate Security Professionals "Saenko and Khorenko", the Holmes Detective Agency.
