School of Professional Development “ACME”

School of Professional Development “ACME” as a structural subdivision of the Education and Research Institute of Communications of WUNU was established in order to increase the level of professional readiness of students for the future profession and to improve the professional competencies of certified specialists.

The main tasks of the School of Professional Development "ACME":

- raising the level of practical professional knowledge, skills and abilities of ACME participants;

- training and education of students in the spirit of observance and respect for the principles of justice, tolerance and human dignity;

- introduction into the educational process of elements of practical training of students;

- assistance in improving the interaction of participants in the educational process;

- providing the opportunity to model real situations in the context of future professional activity;

- development of soft-skills of the School participants;

- formation of professional thinking, culture and moral values.

Implemented projects:

- "Perezavantazhenya (Reboot)" - trainings to improve the psychological and pedagogical skills of school teachers and university professors.
- "ACME" - a practice-oriented platform for developing professional skills of students of 3-4 years of bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of master's degree, 1 year of master's degree.
(Organization and coordination of the course "Training Psychotechnologies" for students majoring in "Psychology of Negotiation and Mediation").
- Harmony HYGGE - a psychological training marathon to support mothers raising children with disabilities.
- A project to improve the skills of civil servants and local government officials.
- "Intervention and supervision practice" for students of the educational program "Psychology of Negotiation and Mediation".
