The staff of Education and Research Institute of Creative Studies of WUNU trains specialists in the following educational levels:
- Bachelor's degree:
- Creative Business - basic specialty 076 - entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities (interdisciplinary educational program that combines specialties: 072 - finance, banking and insurance; 073 - management; 075 - marketing; 076 - entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities; major selected after the first year of study).
- PLPE Studies (Politics, Leadership, Psychology, Economy) - basic specialty 051 - economics (interdisciplinary educational program that will combine the following specialties: 051 - economics; 052 - political science; 053 - psychology; major selected after the first year of study).
- Master's degree:
- Urban Studies - basic specialty 281 - Public administration and management (interdisciplinary educational program that will combine the following specialties: 281 - public administration and management; 072 - finance, banking and insurance; 073 - management; 075 - marketing)..
Graduates of the interdisciplinary practice-oriented educational programme "Creative Business" will gain experience in various areas of business during their studies and will be able to realize themselves as entrepreneurs and business owners, will form their first "Business Portfolio". They will feel comfortable in such positions as: creative director, marketer, manager, economist, financier, content maker, financial analyst, business process analyst and designer, project manager, systems analyst, creative designer, business model designer, crowdfunding manager, freelancer in creative projects, etc.
A graduate of the interdisciplinary educational programme "Politics. Leadership. Psychology. Economics” will be able to gain employment as analysts and experts in political organizations, business structures, scientific and research institutions; specialists in economic and political consulting, consultants to managers on business analytics; project managers in non-governmental organizations, analytical, sociological and youth centers; specialists in analytical and project activities in international organizations; GR-specialists in local governments and public authorities; PR-specialists in the organization of media campaigns in corporate and business structures, foreign companies; Image makers / image analysts in PR-agencies for the formation and promotion of personal / corporate / political image and brand; Team Leaders in private companies; Managers of crowdfunding platforms and freelancers for creative projects.
After graduating from Education and Research Institute of Creative Studies, graduates will be able to self-actualize. Education and Research Institute of Creative Studies actively cooperates with the following institutions and organizations: FinTech startup BeFunders (Kyiv), Center for Economic Strategy, financial company OTP Leasing, Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange, National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce, Amway, MagneticOne Group, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine and representatives of SME. Representatives of these institutions and companies are mentors for our students, who have the opportunity to gain practical experience, participate in internships, trainings and workshops. Additionally, our partners favour our graduates in their hiring practices.
Education and Research Institute of Creative Studies implements international cooperation with foreign partners: Reed Exhibitions (United Arab Emirates); BNP Paribas (Paris); Beyond Horizons - New Finance (Paris); University Paris 2; University of Lille.
WUNU Education and Research Institute of Creative Studies is an educational and scientific hub of interdisciplinary research in the field of behavioral economics, political leadership, creative business, business innovation and urban planning.
Student initiatives. On the initiative of students, the Institute launched "Youth's Media School WUNU", which in cooperation with specialists of the 1 + 1 Media holding and the team of 1 + 1 Higher School of Media & Production implements the project "MEDIA COURSE from 1 + 1 Higher School of Media & Production" at West Ukrainian National University.
Another major project implemented by the Institute of Creative Studies is the ZaRuba project - an intellectual discussion between teachers and students in the format of the Oxford Debate.
In general, all interesting and creative initiatives of students and staff of the Institute are supported and implemented. We believe in the principle: “Failures harden us and make us stronger. To achieve something you need to try. The master has more failures than the student has attempts." He who tries and implements ideas - succeeds. Here you can implement your most "crazy" ideas, test them and, most importantly, make conclusions after testing, adjust and move forward, or generate new ideas.
