A. Tsenov Academy of Economics (Bulgaria), University of Lodz (Poland), Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica (Slovakia), University of Nairobi (Kenya), Kobe Gakuin University (Japan), Grenoble Alpes University (France), Janos Kodolanyi University of Applied Sciences (Hungary), and University of Applied Sciences in Šibenik (Croatia).

 The teaching staff of the Bohdan Havrylyshyn Education and Research Institute of International Relations is actively engaged in research, and the departments conduct research commissioned by government agencies, private enterprises and local governments. Students of the Institute are involved in research, winning prizes at international and national competitions of scientific papers and competitions in their specialties and subsequently continuing their studies in postgraduate and doctoral programs at the West Ukrainian National University.

The Institute has a Center for Global Development Studies, which organizes the scientific activities of scholars, postgraduate students, and students of the Bohdan Havrylyshyn Education and Research Institute of International Relations in researching the new realities of global development in the twenty-first century.

 Student initiatives. An important condition for the quality functioning of the Bohdan Havrylyshyn Education and Research Institute of International Relations is the student self-government, which acts to create favorable conditions for learning, fulfillment of students' duties and protection of their rights, promotes patriotic education, harmonious development of personalities and formation of managerial skills.
The students of the Institute have the opportunity to participate in international academic mobility programs and undergo semester studies at partner universities, take an active part in national and international scientific and practical conferences, round tables, seminars, and publish their works in domestic and foreign publications. The activities of scientific circles and clubs at the departments contribute to the disclosure of creative capabilities of young people. Many specialized trainings, thematic events and meetings are organized.
