The staff of the Department of Educology and Pedagogy of WUNU trains Masters in the following educational programs:

- the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education in this specialty:

During their studies, in addition to general disciplines, students study the following professional disciplines: Introduction to the specialty, General pedagogy, History of pedagogy, Life safety in educational institutions, Fundamentals of correctional pedagogy, Game in preschool education: holistic view, systematic approach, Preschool linguodidactics, Methods of development and upbringing of young children, Preschool pedagogy, Innovative technologies of teaching pedagogy and methods of preschool education, Methods of work with children with special educational needs, Innovative technologies in education and science, Management of the educational process in educational institutions, Distance learning technologies
After completing the program “Preschool Education. Inclusive Education”, graduates of the department can work as: preschool teacher; teacher's assistant in an inclusive class; teacher of special groups; inspector of preschool education and inclusive education; head of departments in the field of education and inclusive education; head of department (as part of the education department); director of preschool education; methodologist of preschool education and inclusive education; educator-methodologist; inspector-methodologist of preschool education and inclusive education; other specialists of the board.
After completing their studies in Primary Education, graduates of the department can work as primary school teachers in general secondary education institutions; teacher's assistants; after-school care teachers.
After completing their studies under the OPP “Management of Educational Institutions”, graduates can work as: director of an institution of preschool education, general secondary education, lyceum, gymnasium, vocational school, college, institute, academy, educational / scientific and methodological educational institution, etc. Head of a postgraduate program (internship, residency) / laboratory (education); Head of the education department, expert department of educational institutions; Director of a school of higher sportsmanship, specialized children's and youth, sports and technical, etc.; teacher in educational institutions of I-IV accreditation levels; teacher of a general secondary education institution; teacher for retraining and advanced training of employees of educational institutions of various types and forms of ownership; head of a children's orphanage, a boarding home, a boarding school, a school of social rehabilitation, a shelter for minors; a receiver-distributor, etc.; a head of an inclusive resource center and an inclusive education support center; a head of a unit in local government and public administration; a junior researcher at a research institution, a teacher, a methodologist, a methodology inspector, an assistant, an organizational teacher, a consultant at a professional development center for teachers.
The Department of Educology and Pedagogy actively cooperates with the following institutions and organizations: Department of Education and Science of Ternopil Regional State Administration, Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University, I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University, State Educational Institution "Vyshnivets Vocational Lyceum", Ternopil Regional Lyceum "Znamennia", Vyacheslav Chornovil Galician College, Ternopil College of Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine", Ternopil Higher Vocational School of Services and Tourism, and Ternopil schools, where students have the opportunity to gain practical experience, participate in internships, to apply for jobs.
The Department of Educology and Pedagogy implements international cooperation with foreign partners: Shota Rustaveli Batumi State University (Batumi, Georgia), University of Warmia and Mazury (Olsztyn, Poland), Kuyavian-Pomeranian University of Technology (Bydgoszcz, Poland), Baltic International Academy (Riga, Latvia), Higher School of Management and Administration (Poland), Catholic University in Ruzomberk (Slovakia).
