WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 On 16 October 2024, at 14:25, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of West Ukrainian National University, on the initiative of the Department of Education and Pedagogy of WUNU, will host an open guest lecture by Blażej Kmieciak, Professor, Head of the Department of Resocialisation, Criminology and Human Rights at the Maria Grzegorzewska University in Warsaw, on "Psychopedagogy of Children's Rights".

 On the initiative of Liudmyla Babala, coordinator of work with FCIT alumni, and Kateryna Mykhailidi, representative of the Ternopil IT Cluster, a meeting with leading Ternopil IT companies was held at the Faculty of Computer Information Technologies of West Ukrainian National University.

 A meeting was held with representatives of the international consulting company Baker Tilly. The purpose of the meeting was to familiarise students of the educational and professional programmes in Financial Management, Social Security, Banking, Finance, Customs and Taxation, Accounting and Taxation with current trends in financial consulting, auditing, corporate and tax planning, accounting and financial reporting.

 Civil servants from various institutions and agencies of Ukraine recently had the opportunity to improve their knowledge and develop skills in negotiation and mediation during a short-term training course at West Ukrainian National University.

 Within the framework of the Sixth International Week at West Ukrainian National University, the Faculty of Economics and Management invites everyone to take part in the Third International Discussion Platform ‘International Support in Time of War as a Factor of Victory: Political, Economic, Humanitarian, Educational and Scientific Dimensions of Partnership’, which will be held on 11 September 2024 at 12:00 in the Rectorate Hall (room 1303).
