WUNU Professor at the International Scientific Conference ‘Law and Sport in Modern Society - Medical, Ethical, Economic and Cultural Challenges’

 As part of the implementation of the EU Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project ‘Environmental Migration and Displacement in the EU’ (101174695 - Jean Monnet ERASMUS-JMO-2024-HEI-TCH-RSCH), Tetiana Drakokhrust, Professor of Legal Theory and Constitutionalism at the Law Faculty of WUNU, took part in the international scientific conference ‘Law and Sport in Modern Society - Medical, Ethical, Economic and Cultural Challenges’, which was held on 4-6 December 2024 in Olsztyn, Poland.



Launch of the new ERASMUS+ SUSTED project

 Recently, Doctor of Economics, Professor Oleksandr Dluhopolskyi and Volodymyr Sydiaha, representative of WUNU's International Office, took part in the kick-off meeting of the ERASMUS+ project team ‘Education for sustainable development: synergy of competences for the recovery of Ukraine’ (ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CBHE-STRAND-1).



Cooperation agreement signed with UCM ITALY Association “Mediterranean Chefs Union”

 West Ukrainian National University hosted the signing of a cooperation agreement between the rector of WUNU Oksana Desyatnyuk and the president of the UCM Italy Association “Mediterranean Chefs Union” Paolo Brescia.

 West Ukrainian National University recently hosted a lecture by Krzysztof Filipiak, Rector of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie Medical University in Warsaw. The lecture addressed a question of interest to many: "Coffee - friend or foe? Modern medicine and coffee - what should we know about?"



Working meeting with foreign stakeholders

 The Dutch Police Academy in Apeldoorn hosted a working meeting between representatives of West Ukrainian National University and the National Police of Ukraine and foreign stakeholders.



International internship for the delegation of the WUNU Center for Communications at the Netherlands Business Academy

 Within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, an international internship was held from 30 November to 4 December 2024 in Breda, the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The delegation of West Ukrainian National University consisted of Oksana Koval, Director of the Education and Research Centre for Communications, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Social Work, Group Leader; and Anastasia Martynevych, Deputy Director of the ERCC.
